Privacy policy

Your clipboard stays local.

PasteSentry analyzes attempted website clipboard writes on your device. Clipboard contents, clipboard previews, visited URLs, protection settings, and event history are not sent to PasteSentry's payment service or Stripe.

License data

For trials and paid access, PasteSentry stores a random installation identifier, license status, validation dates, and the license key you enter. The Cloudflare licensing service receives the license key and random installation identifier during activation and periodic validation.

Payment data

Stripe processes payment on its hosted Checkout page. PasteSentry stores the Stripe Checkout and PaymentIntent identifiers, purchaser email, license status, and payment-related timestamps needed to issue, restore, refund, or revoke a license. PasteSentry application code never receives card details.

Support submissions

Support submissions may include the optional reply email and message you choose to provide, along with ticket status and any PasteSentry response. They are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure for up to 90 days and used only to review and answer the request. A viewer of the private status link can see the ticket status and PasteSentry response, but not the submitted email address or message. No IP address, browser fingerprint, or user agent is stored with a ticket. Use the support form for privacy and support requests.

Retention

License records are retained while needed to provide lifetime access, prevent duplicate activation, handle refunds, and meet legal accounting obligations.
